Tickets: $200 per person
Maximum tables of 10 guests.
If you are purchasing individual tickets or smaller group bookings, seating arrangements will be managed to ensure a wonderful evening for all guests.

Can I book a full table?
Yes. Guests are encouraged to organise a full table with friends, maximum 10 per table.
How do you know who I want to sit with?
We recommend coordinating your table of 10 with your fellow guests and allocating one person as table captain. The table captain can book the tickets as a table of 10, or guests can book them separately and provide the name of the table captain on the booking form.
I don’t have a full table of 10, can I still book tickets?
Of course! You simply book your tickets separately and advise the names of other guests you wish to be seated with and we can cross reference the bookings.
I don’t have a specific table to sit with, can I still come?
Of course! We would love to have you at the Haileybury Ball. At the time of booking please advise which campus your child goes to and we will do our best to seat you with other families from the same campus.
Can Haileybury students attend the Ball?
No, the Haileybury Ball is an adult-only event.

Your ticket will include:
- A formal sit-down dinner

What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie. We encourage guests to embrace the glamour of the evening.
Is this a fundraising event?
Yes. The Haileybury Ball is a celebration of our community and an opportunity to support the Haileybury Foundation via a raffle on the evening. Further information about how to purchase raffle tickets will be provided closer to the event.

Refunds are available up to 14 Days prior to the event.
